Springboard Programme

Jan Shine is one of a worldwide network of trainers licensed by The Springboard Consultancy to deliver the Springboard Women’s Development Programme. Springboard has won numerous awards for quality and innovation, including a National Training Award. The Programme enables women to take more control over their own lives and supports them in developing the skills and confidence to take the steps that they want to take in order to achieve their goals.

As well as delivering the Springboard Programme within organisations, Paullus Consultancy offers open programmes for individuals or for smaller companies / organisations that may not have sufficient numbers to run an in-house programme. Personal Leadership Programme

Jan Shine is an Associate with The Living Leader LLP and licensed to deliver the Personal Leadership Programme (PLP). The key themes of the PLP are individual responsibility, communication and reflection on how we view others. The programme has a track record of delivering significant personal development at an individual level, in particular deeper relationship building. Many organisations have offered the programme on a national and international level with impressive results, including increased business performance, employee engagement and customer satisfaction.
